Annette Eichenbaum, D.O.

Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Dr. Annette Eichenbaum is originally from New York, where she attended New York University for her undergraduate degree in Biology. She obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYIT). She completed her traditional rotating osteopathic internship at St. Vincent’s Midtown Hospital and then followed at St. Vincent’s Medical Center Manhattan to complete her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2009. After completion of her residency, Dr. Eichenbaum moved to St. Petersburg and has been working at Pinellas Physiatry Associates.  She currently divides her time between working at the acute inpatient rehab unit at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg and private outpatient clinic.  She is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through 2022.  Her specialty focus includes musculoskeletal medicine, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, spasticity and prosthetics & orthotics.  In her spare time, Dr. Eichenbaum loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family including 3 children and 2 dogs.
